Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your unused Owala products in their original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
